My Laptop and my desktop

Ok, so I have a crappy laptop and a crappy desktop at the moment:
Laptop-
1GB DDR SD ram
75GB harddrive
Mac OSX 10.4.11

Desktop-
1.2GB DDR2 ram
40 GB harddrive (has a 640 GB external one attached though )
Windows Vista business

Cant remember the processor for my desktop and the one for my laptop is just embarrassing so wont post those

Should be getting a new laptop this week- specs:

Intel Core i3-330M Processor 2.13GHz / 4 GB DDR3 RAM / 320 GB HDD / DVD-Super multi drive / 15.6" HD TFT / Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD / Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

i'd say you don't wanna play any games on it then.. ?
cause integrated chipset graphics suck balls. no matter what.
those are designed for office use and maybe home theater use (watching HD movies and stuff)..
gaming? forget about it.. even if it's old stuff like GTASA..

Well I'm not a big gamer but I'm sure GTA: SA should run fine

on 800x600 maybe

Its only the graphics that would suffer anyway, I don't care if I have to turn down the graphics down to low or anything. I'm a developer- I work on the game play for others, not so much playing a lot myself.

I run GTA_SA.exe at 1280x800 at 50FPS!

On MTA i run 960x600 windowed.

On SA_MP I run something pretty low I think. Oh wait 1280x768 with 25FPS

I have nVIDIA 7050 Integrateds with 256MB vram.

Bambooz, even though Intel graphics whatever-its-called is worse than 7050, but GTA_SA is easy to run!

But I turn the FX quality to low because it doesn't make a difference no matter to what. The game looks like Sh*t either way lol.

wow Core i3 sweet, ive heard that they are very good and fucking quick, i was considering getting an i5 but the i7 sounds tempting

My brother has an i5 2.53GHz with powerboost (hehe OC?) to 2.93GHz on his laptop.

I still like my Pentium.

And my friend just built a new computer, with dual monitors, ATi Radeon 5770, Core i3, just awesome.

hehe and nao I'm getting jealous with my new crappy computer. (lol)
